Group Training / Aerobic Studio

The aerobic studio uses several aids from balls, bosu’s, body bars, bands, and mats. It is a group-based class that is led by a qualified instructor who leads and motivates our members through a workout that is done to music. There is a wide variety of classes offered, from high and low impact to bench and yoga. Aerobics helps our members lose weight, tone, and sculpt muscles.

As it is in a group environment it is a social event that aids in social interaction and improves your mood and decreases depression and anxiety.
