Step-it-up
Raise your fitness levels as well as your step. Push yourself to the limits in this multi level but, challenging step class.

H20 Bliss
A real favourite for those who feel uncomfortable in a classic `studio` class. The water supports your body weight, protects your joints and keeps you cool, especially recommended for those with back problems. As well as getting a great workout, you`ll have loads of fun!

Spinnig
This exciting indoor cycling class keeps your mind engaged while vigorously challenging your body. These rides offer a total mind and body workout!

  • Orientation
    Your beginner cycle class will place emphasis on the bike set up, becoming comfortable on the bike and proficient with the basic movements.
  • Interval
    Interval training sessions emphasize speed tempo, timing and rythm. It also emphasizes regular work efforts with recovery time between challenging terrain.
  • Strength
    The strength class is slow, hard resistance work. Resistance is increased gradually and constantly. The goal of training in the strength energy zone is to build power in the muscles.
  • Endurance
    An endurance workout is where the body has the most consistant use of energy. Work in this zone trains your body to be more efficient by working at a level at which oxygen can be utilized more efficiently. (This is your fat burning class! )
