Tae Bo Class
Tae Bo has been characterized as an excellent cardiovascular workout with very good distractions.
Because of the movements it involves, Tae Bo is effective in toning and defining the body’s muscular tone. It can also improve one’s balance, flexibility, coordination and has cardiovascular benefits. An Hour long Tae- Bo Class can Burn up to 600 to 800 calories.

Zumba Class
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music / Dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Bootcamp Class
A fitness boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. The class is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.

Pilates Class
Pilates this class focuses on basic Pilates principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture.

Spinning Class
Spinning is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories, High Interval Training and heart pumping classes, great way to get rid of unwanted fat while improving general health and fitness.

Yoga Class
A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility and total body destress.
