Circuit training is a minimum of 10 stations, which gives you a full body workout using selectorised machines. Each piece of equipment is used for 45 seconds and then it gives you a 15 second break, this 15 second break is used to move to the next piece of equipment and set it up and it is controlled by a timer system. It is great for beginners that are not yet comfortable with a Health Club environment. It is a quick workout, training both the upper and lower body and allows you to work on your strength as well as your aerobic systems, this also enables you to loose weight. Other benefits of using the circuit is that it aids in the reduction of blood pressure and decreases clinical symptoms of anxiety, tension and stress which are real concerns in our lives today.
